We visited Ayat to see what all the hype was about and ordered the calamari as an appetizer, the mansaf, the mixed kabab platter, and a sahlab drink. The calamari was a nice start, and the sahlab was enjoyable, but overall the food was just average. While everything was decent, none of the dishes really stood out or lived up to the expectations created by the social media buzz. We've had more flavorful and authentic Palestinian food at other restaurants. The atmosphere was nice, but for us, the food didn't quite justify the hype.

Really liked this place! The menu was a little overwhelming at first, because there were so many options and everything sounded delicious. We ended up ordering the fried halloumi and one of the chicken shwarma platters and both were delicious. We also ordered the pizzawarma, which was definitely a fork and knife situation, but it was really good too! Reasonably priced and you get very large portions. Can’t wait to go back!

Had an amazing time at Ayat in Princeton. The space feels incredibly cozy, with a welcoming ambiance that makes it easy to relax and enjoy good company. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It’s truly a great spot to chill and spend quality time with friends and family. I was especially impressed with their vegetarian options β€” plenty to choose from and everything tasted wonderful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious and comfortable dining experience.

The food was delicious! They have a big menu so there’s lots of options. I have the margarita pizza, pizzaboli, and the fattat jaj. My favorite was the fattat jaj and the margarita pizza. I thought the pizzaboli was super heavy, but my friends liked it the best. They also give bread with different dips and it was also really good. I’d definitely come here again. It was my first time trying Palestinian food and I was very satisfied.
